Meraki Talent are partnering with a Wealth Management business on their search for a new HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis one of their 5 offices in Ireland.
The firm has offices across England, Ireland and Scotland however this role can be based in any of the five Irish offices.
They're looking for an experience HR Business Partner to come and take ownership of one of the business areas across the three countries.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Unit Heads to ensure operational and financial goals are met through effective cyclical people plans and ongoing, effective people management
- Provide professional, proactive HR support and advice to managers and team members
- Apply organisational and individual change management for your parts of the business
- Identify and manage strategies
- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams and HR team colleagues to improve and deliver consistently high-quality people programmes, policies, processes, and systems that work well across the entire organisation
- Manage employee relations’ cases
- Provide training and mentoring
- Maintain and evaluate accurate people data and documentation
Qualifications
- Must have experience in a Business Partnering role within Financial Services
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Our client is open to where this person is based in Ireland there are multiple however preferably in Northern Ireland!
*Offers a flexible working structure of 2-3 days a week in the office*
