Key responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner include:Providing extensive Human Resources support covering all aspects, such as providing advice and guidance on best practice, company policies, terms and conditions of employment and legislationLeading a range of organisational development projectsWorking closely with the Site Senior Leadership Team to embed the culture and values that are key to the businessSupporting employee engagement to ensure the best performance in a motivating environmentWhat we are looking for:CIPD qualified or equivalentProven track record in HR ideally from a professional services environmentExperience of successfully managing HR teamsExperience of implementing change- practical, technical and strategicAbility to influence and understand SLT objectivesThis is a really great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional who is looking for a new challenge.
