HR Business Partner
Milton Keynes / Part Time* / Permanent
*30 hours per week
Your responsibilities
- Provide HR support to line managers
- Support formal meetings
- Coach line managers on ER issues
- Work with managers to develop performance, engagement, absence and employee turnover
- Support any organisational design issues / changes
Your profile
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience within a HR role with complex case load
- Comprehensive / detailed understanding of employment law
- Experienced in interviewing to support Team Staffing
- Work effectively with Senior Managers in a confident and co-operative way
- Seeks to improve processes and excellent attention to detail
