Ornua is actively seeking a HR Business Partner to join our HR department as we continue our growth trajectory.

The HRBP provides expert partnering to site leaders and colleagues, providing HR support, coaching and advice aimed at enhancing the colleague experience and business performance.

This is an operational facility, with a workforce of around 120 colleagues representing 10 nationalities.

You will work in a HR operating model, where parts of the HR service are delivered by other connected teams.

  • Why This Role Is Valuable:

    The HRBP is responsible for leading on;

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to determine how the HR function can meet business needs and drive improvements.

  • Implement the HR plan for the business which is aligned to the business strategy and local business plans, in close collaboration with key stakeholders and client groups.

  • Partner client groups to ensure great service and solutions across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Provide expert and proactive advice to line management on people related matters and support people leaders with solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with the HR Centres of Expertise teams and People Services team to ensure best practice service delivery to relevant business area.

  • Be a key member of the site leadership team and the OIE HR team.

  • Ensure external services to the business are in place, optimised and adding value ( Occupational Health, physiotherapy etc.)

  • Identify opportunities to further increase HR effectiveness and efficiency, via policies, practices and approaches across the broad spectrum of HR in cooperation with other HR colleagues and functions.

  • What You Bring To The Role:

  • CIPD qualified

  • Previous experience business partnering

  • HR generalist experience across the whole lifecycle including ER and business change, ideally working within a shared service model

  • Strong ER experience and expertise, thorough employment law knowledge.

  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential. Experience in utilizing HRIS. Success Factors HRIS is desirable.
