Blue Arrow are proud to be working with a housing association in the Nottingham area. We are currently looking for a Area Housing Manager to join their team on a temporary 3 month contract.
Salary: £24.15 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm
Location: Nottingham City based.
Contract: 3 months - any further extension would be subject to agreement.
Drivers License Required: Yes

Public Sector Experience Required
What are the roles and responsibilities for a Area Housing Manager?
* Managing staff welfare and performance
* Managing and reducing risk
* Undertaking ASB case reviews
* Responding to councillor enquiries and formal complaints
* Ensuring day to day service delivery is achieved
What skills and experience are required for the Area Housing Manager?
* Experiencing of working in social housing essential and within a local authority is desirable.
* Managing a team in a fast-paced working environment
* Knowledge and experiences of managing ASB and case supervision
* Knowledge and experiencing of responding to formal complaints and councillor enquiries
* Managing and reducing risk and identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns
What computer based skills are required for the Area Housing Manager?
Level 4 CIH
Word packages including Excel, Word, Outlook
* Experience of NEC ( formally Northgate ) REACT preferred
