Become a Homelessness Prevention Officer and be an integral part of an exciting new project designed to prevent homelessness before it reaches crisis point.

About the Role: As a Homelessness Prevention Officer, you will play a key role in providing targeted support to women, men, and their families who are at risk of homelessness, particularly in rural areas.

This role is not just about crisis management; it's about offering sustainable solutions and support that empower individuals to achieve long-term independence.

You'll work with a dedicated team from four specialist domestic abuse charities, focusing on early intervention and holistic support tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive support and advice to those at risk of homelessness.

Work closely with partner organisations to deliver comprehensive support services.

Develop and implement personalised action plans to help clients maintain secure housing.

Focus on early intervention strategies, engaging with individuals at least two to three months before they reach crisis point.

Brook Street Social Care are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by those at risk of homelessness.

Experience in housing support, social work, or related fields is highly desirable.
