I am delighted to bring to market a Home Manager role in Ayrshire on behalf of a very prestigious and reputable group within the care industry.With homes across the UK, my client are looking for an individual who can join them in creating a supportive and fun environment with opportunities for progression and development.Key Requirements*Experience as a home manager within an elderly care setting.*Nursing qualification is preferable.*History of achieving and maintaining the high occupancy levels.*Providing the highest standard of care to residents.*Ability to succeed in a positive and hard-working team.*Taking leadership and being proud to be a large influence in the care home.Salary of £60,000 - £65,000 with the opportunity to earn a generous annual bonus.
