The ideal HLTA must have prior experience with primary aged children. The successful HLTA must plan, prepare, deliver and assess a range of sessions in line with the National Curriculum. This role requires full-time commitment on a long-term basis. The HLTA qualification is highly desirable but not essential.HLTA – The SchoolThis mainstream primary school is in the London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea that is proud of their exceptionally “good” Ofsted review.
