Requirements:

Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Dedication to supporting the academic and social development of students.
