Higher Level Teaching AssistantSecondary SchoolLocation: Coventry, CV3Payscale: £(Apply online only) per dayDuration: Long-term to PermanentStart Date: September 2024LTF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large secondary school in Coventry, who are looking for a competent Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team. In this role, your key responsibilities as a HLTA will be based in and around the classroom, supporting the class teacher. This will include making sure correct behaviour is adhered to at all times, working with small groups and 1:1 interventions. A successful candidate will also be required to cover classes in the absence of a class teacher as well as plan and run their own interventions with specific groups of children.
