Your Story

We are looking for a Regional SHE Advisor to join our team in the Cumbria & South West Scotland region, based in Carlisle. There is an opportunity for this to be a hybrid working role therefore we would also welcome applications from South Lakes, Lancaster and Preston.

This role will involve providing ongoing technical and operational support to the Senior Regional SHE Manager and assist with the delivery and ongoing review of the SHE Management system.

The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by ensuring that all employees, contractors and visitors to Story Homes locations health, safety and welfare is given priority at all times.

We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years experience of working in the construction industry and has obtained their NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate. The successful candidate will also have the ability to prioritise, adjust and react rapidly to changing situation often at short notice.
