Sliding Doors:
Sliding Doors is the next generation Dating App which will solve the big unsolved problem of dating tech… how to connect with people IRL when you miss an opportunity because you don’t manage to speak or ask for a number.
(We know a couple of Apps have said they do this, but it has never been solved… not even close, and Sliding Doors finally has solution to do just that… and in doing so promises to become the biggest AND most loved dating app in the world.
) This is a beautiful romantic solution, not a hook up app, nor a stalker app, nor a privacy compromiser.
Sliding Doors is launching soon, and we looking for a Head of Marketing and Operations to lead that charge.
This is not a job for the faint hearted!
Start-ups are not suitable for most people, but for the right profile it is the best job in the world.

Clever, creative and original:
We do not want hackneyed low grade marketing churning out unengaging pictures of couples holding hands.
We do not want someone who just “markets by numbers” and cannot think beyond paying for all the well trodden marketing solutions.
We need to be able to produce high quality, engaging and original content, and ways to engage with people including street based stunts, with a high emphasis on guerrilla marketing.
In the ideal world we would not have any paid for advertising and would generate viral content on our social media accounts.
This is not the reality but we work back from this point.
A leader, planner, and organiser
Sliding Doors marketing campaigns will be military scale plans!!
Exceptionally well planned and executed.
You will be creater and controller of these campaigns, and will be able to assemble and manage a team to make it happen.
Team size will be up to 15 in the early stages.
Hiring motivating and managing
Some of your team will need to be outgoing types for social media content work as well as spreading the message.
Able to engage students and twenty somethings who are our number one market.
Willing to get take responsibility for anything which needs doing.
“Not my job” is not the way you think.
If something needs doing, and nobody else is covering it, you get it done.
Whether its stimulating or not is utterly irrelevant!
