Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on driving enrolment growth, optimising marketing operations, and expanding our global reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing within the education sector, with a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies and a passion for leveraging data to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with Immerse Education's mission and business objectives, focusing on attracting high-quality leads and driving enrolment growth across all of our international summer school locations and online live learning programmes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of marketing professionals, including full-time staff and freelance experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee all performance marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, working with freelancers and your permanent team to continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and drive cost-effective student acquisition.
  • Lead Magnet Development: Collaborate with the content marketing team to conceptualise, create, and deploy compelling lead magnets to attract high-quality leads and nurture them through the enrollment funnel. Continuously test and optimise lead magnets to improve conversion rates and ensure they resonate with the target audience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to gain deep insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance, using these insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Collaborate closely with UX and CRO specialists to optimise the user journey across all touchpoints, from initial engagement to enrolment, continuously testing and refining to maximise conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Manage the growth marketing budget strategically, allocating resources to the highest-impact initiatives and ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and drive integrated growth strategies that deliver exceptional student experiences.
  • Performance Marketing:  Oversee all performance marketing channels, including paid search, SEO , social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, working with freelancers and your permanent team to continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROl and drive cost-effective student acquisition.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of growth marketing trends and technologies, actively contributing to the wider education marketing community through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a commercial team.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in growth marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, social media advertising, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing marketing teams, with strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
  • Data Fluency: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a talent for deriving actionable insights from complex data sets and using data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and influence stakeholders at all levels.
