About the role
FiSearch is exclusively partnering with a newly acquired, Private Equity asset. This high growth Financial Services business are looking to double revenues over the next 3-5 years. With a track record of astonishing growth over the last 5 years, the recent injection of capital sets them up to push on to new levels. Part of the investment strategy involves a complete finance transformation with this newly created Head of FP&A role being one of three SLT roles due to spearhead the change programme. In it’s current form, the business has no FP&A function, and it will be this person’s responsibility to build it from the ground up.
Key deliverables
- Implement and build a FP&A function in the business
- Work with the team and acquirers on a procurement exercise to implement new systems.
- Implement a Budgeting tool, forecasting tool, BI tool & integrate with the newly implemented ERP system,
- Work with C-Suite to create & implement a KPI suite.
- Business partner to CEO, CIO, CEO & Sales teams.
- Budgeting
- M&A analysis / support.
- Create the board pack.
- Preparing decks for board packs.
- Implementation of a rolling forecasting.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Demonstrable extensive experience within FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills (has previously built a model from scratch)
- Ability to deal with, build trust & influence C-Suite executives.
- Strong academic background
- Private Equity exposure desirable
- Confident in presenting to external stakeholders
