Vitae Financial Recruitment is currently looking for a dynamic FP&A professional to join this innovative and already hugely successful start up, with full responsibility and ownership of the FP&A process. This is a newly created role, that will play a pivotal part in the business achieving its ambitious, but achievable growth targets. Reporting to the Finance Director this is the perfect role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that promotes a culture of growth and collaboration. Main duties include:* Day to day ownership of the FP&A function* Owning all budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with Department Heads on budget setting* Maintaining, enhancing and reporting using the group model incorporating month end actuals from the accounting team* Monthly reporting of budget vs actuals * Working with Analytics Team on scenario modelling* Producing cash forecasting* Supporting Director with investor communications and quarterly board packKey skills & experience required:* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified* Advanced excel skills* Strong FP&A experience, either as an Analyst looking to step up and take more responsibility, or an FP&A Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge in a high-growth environment* Proactive self-starter, capable of adapting to an evolving business * Positive attitude who is enthusiastic about the opportunity to make the function their own* Experience in building complex financial models and reports* Confident communicator, capable of building relationships with a range of stakeholdersThis is a rare and truly attractive opportunity for a top calibre FP&A professional to join this pioneering organisation, with a people focused culture that's reflected by its passionate and enthusiastic team.
