Joining The AA as our Head of Digital Design, you’ll lead a dynamic team of Designers and Content Creators to deliver best-in-class user experiences. Your strategic vision will guide the design strategy for all digital initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey that aligns with our core values and business objectives.

• Champion a user-centric design approach across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence from concept to execution.
• Inspire and lead your team to push creative boundaries and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive the design strategy that supports our mission to be at the forefront of the digital landscape.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and agility within the design team.
• Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

• Digital Design Maestro:  Bring a wealth of experience and a deep appreciation for the art of product design, showcasing a portfolio that reflects a commitment to excellence.
• Design Delivery:  Demonstrate a history of successfully guiding designs from initial concept to final execution within a large-scale or corporate setting, ensuring a seamless transition at every stage.
• Design Leadership:  A seasoned leader with hands-on experience in managing and nurturing successful design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborative Communication:  Excel in working with diverse teams and stakeholders, adept at translating complex design concepts into understandable terms for all, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organisation.
• Initiative and Adaptability:  An autonomous self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement, eager to drive change and make a significant impact within the design domain.
