At Service Scalers, the Head of Demand Generation oversees our inbound and outbound marketing programs, driving and accelerating pipeline growth.

This role is essential in defining, executing, measuring, and refining a creative and compelling marketing revenue strategy for our expanding home service marketing business.

You'll own the delivery of top-of-funnel activities, meet lead goals, and contribute to revenue generated from marketing efforts.

Reporting to leadership, you’ll build and lead a team of marketing specialist and SDRs, supporting their growth and ensuring the execution of high-quality marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities of the Head of Demand Marketing:

  • Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with personas, audiences, and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing programs, rolling out targeted and broad demand generation initiatives that engage prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Messaging: Craft authentic conversations and promotions that resonate with our buyers, moving them through the funnel and accelerating sales velocity.
  • CRO: Own objectives across the marketing funnel from inquiries to closed won deals. Track and optimize performance at each stage, creating a predictable demand generation engine and ensuring CAC aligns with ROI goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-level executives, sales, marketing, and fulfillment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance best practices, evaluate the latest B2B marketing strategies and technologies, experiment with and optimize different tactics, and consistently exceed sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Analysis: Analyze marketing program outcomes in detail, draw insights, and present results to inform decision-making.
  • Lead Management: Understand lead scoring and the B2B sales revenue lifecycle. Have knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Management: Lead, nurture, and develop a team of marketing program managers and SDRs.
  • Partnerships: Create and manage key market partnerships that drive growth and expand our reach.
  • Events: Plan and execute event marketing strategies, securing our presence at key industry events and ensuring their successful execution to boost our growth.
  • Budget: Manage the budget and report on ROI.
  • What You’ll Need

    • Proven experience: in a demand generation leadership role, ideally within a B2B environment .
    • Data Skill: Strong understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates throughout the sales and marketing funnel.
    • Channel Management: Demonstrable success in delivering demand generation programs across earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), and owned channels (web, webinar, podcast).
    • SDR Management: Direct experience managing SDRs or a proven track record of closely collaborating with SDR teams.
    • Data Management: Data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
    • Quantitative Skills: Highly quantitative with a strong understanding of data analysis.
    • Strategic and Tactical Skills: Ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels on various projects and campaigns.
    • Decision-Making: Excellent decision-making skills, particularly in allocating marketing spend.
    • Motivation and Results-Driven: Self-motivated, results-driven, and dedicated to achieving goals.
