Role overview:


As the Head of Delivery Management at Arlanis Reply, you'll be instrumental in working with senior stakeholders to manage our delivery organisation including the utilisation of our teams.



As well as managing a team of delivery managers, you'll also manage one or two of our key projects, ensuring that our multi-disciplinary teams deliver our services in an agile and efficient way.

You will keep our teams on track in relation to project cost, risks and timelines and will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key KPIs to the SLT.



You and your team will enable our people to focus on what's most important to the delivery and will help the team to ovee any hurdles they may face throughout the project delivery life cycle.



You'll get exposed to large-scale digital transformation projects specialising in Salesforce as well as Mulesoft application integration, working with some of the world's leading brands.

Responsibilites:

  • Work closely with the Delivery Managers to ensure good projecternance and establish new processes and ways of working that streamline and reduce project admin
  • Ensure that project review board reviews are undertaken and that lessons learned are recorded and any improvements implemented
  • Employ business change and project management methodologies to improve our project delivery processes
  • You'll shape and own the end-to-end delivery process, templates and project management systems, to ensure we maintain good project discipline
  • Ownership of departmental KPIs such as utilisation rates, CSAT, project profitability, timesheet accuracy
  • Work closely with the General Manager (GM) to ensure that invoicing is done on time and accurate. You will also deputise for the GM in some aspects of his role, including contracting, GDPR and financialernance
  • You'll act as a prime point of contact for all delivery management and for all resource management, including ownership of the weekly business review process
  • About the candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics,puter Science or in an IT-related field
  • You have already gained at least 3-5 years of digital project management experience with exposure to agile methodology
  • Strong experience delivering digital projects in aplex environment, maintaining good project discipline and deploying both waterfall and agile techniques as required
  • Relevant Salesforce project delivery experience would be a strong asset
  • You have already delivered projects with focus on Digital Change Management
  • You're a collaborator! You excel at working across multiple internal business units and have experience engaging with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions
