Head Of Creative in London

We are hiring a dynamic Head of Creative to lead our in-house Creative Team. Reporting into the CEO + Founder, this role will be instrumental to building the brand of today.

We are looking for someone who can blend creative strategy development with progressive ideation. You will have a deep understanding of brand purpose and how best to bring this to life through thought provoking content creation, visual direction and graphic language. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating OOH 360 and digital marketing campaigns, driving innovation through creative across all channels.

You will be responsible for overseeing everything from creative direction, concept development, copywriting, art direction, graphics, post-production, budget management and strategy.

What you'll do:

• Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategies that align with the brand's positioning and marketing objectives.
• Lead by example and immerse yourself in The Nue Co. brand identity.
• Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept ideation and design to production and implementation across various channels.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, wholesale to respond to briefs and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Autonomously pitch creative concepts to senior management with confidence.
• Oversee team to help them deliver their best work. 
• Translate brand values into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
• Direct photo and video shoots, guiding the creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand standards and visual identity.
• Accurately scope projects alongside marketing, taking responsibility for delivering on time and within budget.
• Challenge briefs and strategies where necessary.
• Proactively bring solutions to business problems you identify to the senior management teams, and take responsibility for implementing them.

About You:

• 7+ years of experience working at an agency or in-house role as a Creative Lead.
• Have the passion to motivate and grow the creative team.
• Skilled at providing feedback on design and creative.
• Expertise in Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated creative success in leading collaborative multi-functional teams.
• Exceptional creative design sense and can make the right calls with rationale when required.
• Strong experience working with multiple digital platforms as well as OOH and print.
• Ability to work in a self sufficient, independent way, whilst executing with minimal supervision.
• An impeccable and fierce attention to detail.
• An interest in luxury lifestyle brands and/or beauty/wellness is preferable.
• Excellent typography, layout and design skill.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
