The Role:

As the Head of Content, you will be the strategic force behind the vision and execution of their content initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Formulating and implementing comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the content team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Overseeing the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring and analysing content performance metrics, using insights to refine and improve content strategies.
• Collaborating with the SEO team to ensure content is optimised for search engines and meets keyword targets.
• Working closely with other departments and the wider digital marketing team.

Your Expertise:

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a content team.
• Ability to develop and implement effective content strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to integrate SEO principles into content strategies.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Experience in creating content for commercial use, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
