This role is simply designed to work in partnership with the leadership team to deploy a commercial plan that drives revenue and profit. Day to day in the position of Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for: Leading a high performing team across Ecommerce, Logistics, Product and Sustainability Ensuring sustainable growth and profitability through a clear commercial strategy, ensuring collaboration and accountability Playing an integral role in developing and executing the retail and trade strategic plan Overseeing the commercial budget process with full P&L responsibility Deliver rigorous and effective compliance, risk management, safeguarding and quality standards across Commercial Businesses. Develop a culture of empowerment accountability and success across the team, role-modelling collaborative leadership across the Commercial teams in order to achieve objectives To be considered for the position of Head of Commercial, you will offer the follow: A minimum of five years operating in a senior commercial role within retail with a track record of driving growth and protecting profit Strong leadership skills - coach, lead and inspire a high performing team by providing clear objectives, autonomy to execute and regular feedback.
