The Job

AIM AND OBJECTIVE

The main role of theGroup Marketing Manager is to maximise exposure of Iberica Restaurants andArrosQD through strategic marketing activities, marketing activations andpartnerships both at brand and local restaurant level remaining commerciallyminded at all times, supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing in deliveringdepartmental annual marketing calendar, KPIs and targets.

PURPOSE AND MAINDUTIES

  To support the Head of Sales in growing local sales and events across both Iberica and ArrosQD brands

  • Be financially aware and driven to increase top line sales and ensure full awareness of GPs and profit margins
  • Pro-actively identify new marketing opportunities to provide organic growth
  • Identify, manage, activate, and deliver all applicable new routes to market from local marketing channels and partnerships
  • Spend time with each General Manager to create local marketing plans and sign off with the Head of Sales and Marketing ideally on a bi-weekly or monthly basis
  • Identify ways of educating our audience about our food and beverage offering through whatever channels deemed necessary
  • Be fully aware of our position in the marketplace by spending time doing competitor research, immersing yourself in the brand and always being commercially aware of our business goals
  • Research and pitch innovative marketing opportunities to the Head of Sales and marketing
  • Work with local businesses to build and manage partnerships and offers
  • Pitch PR ideas to the Head of Sales and Marketing that help aid towards Local Sales and Marketing opportunities
  • Create and execute all marketing campaigns, menu launches, events and oversee all aspects of marketing and PR
  • Ensure all relevant departments are always informed and briefed regarding events, redemption processes and booking processes
  • Update when applicable all external partners and ensure timely briefs of upcoming communications
  • Work closely with the full Marketing department to understand brand activations throughout the year
  • Be able to direct photoshoots advising on applicable content requirements at brand level and local level
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with growing our social media presence, including content creation, community engagement and influencer partnerships/relationships
  • Manage the Marketing Executive to help execute the above
  • Always personally well-presented, creating a successful, positive relationship with all restaurant’s teams, support office and clients
  • Reach KPIs and targets set accordingly by the Head of Sales and Marketing
  • Generate weekly performance and activity reports as needed monitoring the performance of all marketing campaigns

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years working as a Marketing Manager ideally with a hospitality background
  • Experience in creating hard hitting omni-channel marketing activations
  • Sound knowledge of the UK hospitality market, namely restaurants
  • Can demonstrate past marketing campaigns and their ROI
  • Able to commute into central London 3-4 times a week
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content

  • Reservations, Sales, and Events team.
  • Marketing Executive – Direct Report
  • Digital Marketing Manager
  • All FOH (front of house) and BOH (back of house) restaurant teams.
  • Support Office.
