Are you a proactive, well organised person with strong IFRS accounting know-how, experience of managing and improving a consolidation process and keen to take your experience to the next level? As Group Finance Manager you will own the Group consolidation and key month end group Cashflow and Balance Sheet reporting, including building out a strong group financial chart of accounts, well controlled and efficient consolidation processes, and appropriate analysis.

What you will be doing:

Take care of monthly reporting close timetable and assist in preparation of the Budget Balance Sheet and Cashflow statement.

Maintain and continuously improve the Group's monthly management accounts pack including balance sheet, cash flow and various reports including working capital movement and foreign exchange.

Prepare high quality reconciliations of all consolidation and group managed adjustments, including acquisition accounting journals.

Continuously improve the reporting tools and control processes

Oversee certain external loans account reconciliations.

Oversee certain accounting entries in holdings companies and perform quarterly reviews, including share capital review and Employees Benefit Trust.

Assist the FP&A and Business Partner teams in comprehending consolidation reports, IFRS and other technical aspects of accounting as required

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:

ACA Qualified Accountant with Audit experience

Significant technical IFRS experience overseeing consolidation adjustments and acquisitions accounting

Managing a group reporting pack and a month end timetable

Heading an intricate multi-gaap/entity /currency consolidation in a finance system

Desirable:

Strong verbal and written communication

Exceptional stakeholder management

Strong organisational and planning experience

Prior experience in a PE environment
