We do this by creating brands that get people talking and drinks that get people shouting.

From two mates in a garage to a bespoke brewery with thousands of fans, we've grown quite a bit since 2012.

The Role

We’re looking for a lead designer to protect our unique visual style, push it forward, and create new and exciting work that takes our brand to the next level.

You’ll be reporting into our Head of Marketing and be responsible for all things design when it comes to Tiny Rebel.

The packaging of our new beers.

Our website.

Campaigns.

Promotional materials for our bars.

Social media.

A little bit of everything.

• Creative innovative designs that embody the Tiny Rebel vision on everything including product, packaging, digital and merchandise
• Help to protect and evolve our brand guidelines
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand with creative campaigns
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Be the guardian of all things Tiny Rebel design and be clear on design expectations for the rest of the business
• Work with stakeholders to understand and complete design requests
• Implement a design process that improves design capabilities and transparency

The Person:

We’re looking for someone who wants to take the step up and be the main designer for a brand after a few years honing their skills at other companies.

We’re a growing business, which means even though we’ll be expecting you to lead our big picture design work, you’ll also need to be involved in every bit of design work too.

You’ll need to be a self-starter who can manage their own workload with great attention to detail and communication to let all of the relevant people you work with know exactly when to expect.

Essential

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Illustrator
• Minimum of 3 years design experience
• Great experience in packaging design
• Able to lead creative work from concept through to sign off
• Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritising as required
• Excellent communication skills
• Time-management skills for meeting deadlines

Desirable

• Experience in illustration and free-hand design
• Packaging work for other FMCG brands
• Experience and understanding of print design
