Our client are offering a dynamic and comprehensive two-year graduate management scheme designed to give you the skills, experience, and responsibility to succeed.

About the SchemeThe programme includes four 6-month placements to give you a full understanding of our client’s business model:First Year:Customer Service Advisor: Gain foundational knowledge in our freight and parcels and fulfillment teams.

Second Year:Direct Sales Role: Engage in new business acquisition and nurture existing customer relationships.

Final 6 Months:Option to work as a Branch Manager (in the UK or abroad), orTake on a project in another department such as Marketing, Finance, or Franchise Support.

What We’re Looking For * Minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* Full UK driving license.
