Program Overview: The Graduate Engineering Program at ESS Ltd is a comprehensive two-year initiative designed to nurture and develop engineering graduates into well-rounded professionals specialising in Maintenance and Reliability. This program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, continuous learning, and career growth opportunities. Program Highlights: 1. Mentorship from Senior Asset Care Manager: * You will be paired with a Senior Asset Care Manager who will serve as your mentor and guide throughout the program. * Regular one-on-one sessions with your mentor to receive insights, advice, and support. * Opportunities to learn from their extensive industry experience. 2. Maintenance Development Program (MDP): * The core of your learning experience will be participation in our prestigious Maintenance Development Program. * Engage in a deep dive into analytical reliability and maintenance skills, gaining expertise in critical areas. * Work alongside industry experts and collaborate with fellow program participants. * Gain hands-on experience in real-world projects to apply your knowledge. 3. Work Structure: * Four days a week (Target) dedicated to the MDP project at Lilly Limerick, where you will work as part of a high performing self-directed team on developing cutting-edge maintenance and reliability initiatives. * One day a week (Target) dedicated to exploring various facets of ESS Ltd.’s business, gaining exposure to different areas of engineering. * This balanced work structure ensures well-rounded development. 4. Quarterly Performance Engagements: * Regular performance assessments and feedback sessions to track your progress and address any development areas. * Set clear goals and receive guidance on achieving them. * An opportunity to align your career objectives with the program's objectives. 5. Project Assignments: * Participate in four distinct projects over the program's duration, each designed to challenge and broaden your engineering skills. * Projects will be ideally developed every six months to align with the candidate's goals and ESS objectives. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to solving real-world engineering problems. 6. Compensation: * Competitive starting salary of €33,000 per annum. * Incremental salary growth * Moving to €35,000 following six months. * Salary review every six months. Qualifications: Successful completion of an Engineering degree from a university by the end of 2023 or earlier. ESS will support the completion of relevant certifications during the graduate program, including but not limited to: Best Practices in Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Reliability Cantered Maintenance FMEA IAM Asset Management Certificate ISO 55001 Program Curriculum: Year 1: Skill Building and Immersion Engage in the Maintenance Development Program (MDP) at Lilly Limerick. Develop foundational analytical reliability and maintenance skills. Participate in your first project, applying your knowledge in a real-world context. Begin mentorship with a Senior Asset Care Manager. Participation on the Graduate Development Program (Skillnet) Year 2: Specialization and Career Growth Continue MDP at Lilly Limerick, advancing your expertise. Complete four additional projects across different engineering domains. Strengthen leadership and teamwork skills. Take on more responsibility in projects.
