TEP’s Governor Services Team empowers governors and school leaders across all educational phases by providing a robust program of training, guidance, and support to foster strong and effective governance. A key strength of TEP is their "on-the-ground" experience and deep knowledge, drawn from serving governors, National and Local Leaders of Governance, and award-winning clerks.

TEP are offering a fantastic opportunity that supports any individuals seeking a professional administrative support role, that can be carried out around other commitments. It offers the chance for candidates who demonstrate a strong professional experience the opportunity to work in a more flexible capacity.
In this pivotal role, you will provide vital administrative and organisational support to Governing Bodies, Trust Boards, and Management Committees on behalf of The Education People Clerking Service.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the boards understand and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, highlight potential consequences for non-compliance and advise on procedural matters, all whilst fostering best practices of Trust governance.
