We are expanding our business and require a professional Gardener to join our team and help maintain our high standards of garden care.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Gardener at Organic Gardens, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a variety of gardens across South West London. Your responsibilities will include planting, mowing, pruning, weeding, and using organic methods to manage pests and weeds.

You will work closely with a supportive team to ensure that each garden remains healthy and visually appealing. Additionally, you will interact with our customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service to keep their gardens thriving.

This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills in sustainable gardening practices while contributing to the creation of vibrant and healthy landscapes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years minimum gardening experience
• Good plant knowledge

HOURS & HOLIDAYS:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm
• No weekend work
• 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
• Mandatory time off over Christmas period

• Residential and commercial gardens in South West London
