Fundraising Marketing Manager in Tring

The purpose of this role is to take on the ownership of delivering an annual strategic fundraising marketing plan that helps the overall team to deliver their agreed target income.

You will lead the fundraising marketing planning and implementation process from helping develop new ideas, to approving activity briefs with clear objectives, to briefing the relevant marketing teams for their input into your campaign proposal, to managing delivery and afterwards, presenting campaign evaluation reports that give insight into future activity.

This is a full time role, you will be working 37.

5 hours per week.

You will need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

• Develop and agree an annual strategic fundraising marketing plan (working closely with the Marketing and Fundraising Heads and Directors) ensuring key activities are aligned to maximise income generation and help achieve ambitious targets.
• Oversee the implementation of this marketing plan against specific campaign objectives with agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to report on and evaluate monthly.
• Act as the main liaison for the Fundraising team, creating your own process to receive requests for activity, evaluate against your agreed plan, agree next steps and in some cases propose alternative activity.
