The Opportunity

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, this role reports directly into the CTO.

You will responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, development of new APIs, and contribute to the company's innovative product offerings.

The CTO is seeking a candidate who can help shift mindsets and drive change in the team's traditional ways of working, with a focus on increasing speed of delivery and efficiency.

Your Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-performance front-end and back-end components using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with third-party services and databases
• Implement best practices, enhance user experience, and optimise performance
• Explore and integrate AI technologies to increase productivity and efficiency
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team

What They Value

• Several years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of success
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js, with experience in live projects
• Commitment to delivering excellence as an Individual Contributor (IC) Software Engineer
• Hands-on experience in writing and deploying high-quality code, promoting best practices, and enhancing user experience
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools
• Experience with AI technologies (desirable) or a keen interest in advancing knowledge in this area (Highly Desirable)
