Responsibilities

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team and lead our FP&A function. With a deep understanding of financial planning, modelling, and analysis, the FP&A Manager will partner with the leadership team to build the Company’s fiscal plans and processes, including budgeting and variance analyses, forecasting and long-term planning, defining and measuring business metrics and performance, cash flow projections, and other ad-hoc strategic business analyses.

Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you will hold a high level of responsibility and trust within the organization while overseeing the Company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as reporting and control activities to monitor and assess the Company’s financial performance.

You will:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual BvA (budget vs actual) processes and prepare ongoing reports to the company’s stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making on strategic initiatives
• Manage and build the company’s annual operating plan (budget) and multi-year plans
• Provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders, delivering insight regarding business metrics and key performance indicators
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders, such as management reports, board presentations, and investor updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams both within finance and other departments (Business Operations, R&D etc.)
• Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses, including defining and improving internal processes

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within Financial Services/Technology industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Management or other quantitative field; MBA – advantageous
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting best practices, with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - required
• Experience working with relevant software and systems, including Power BI, ERP, Salesforce, and other BI tools – advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance professionals
• Proven project management experience and self-learning ability, with a hands-on approach
• Analytical with a strong business acumen.
