CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Contract Support specialist to join our Facilities Management client's team on a permanent basis. The Contract Support will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, managing client relationships, and coordinating various aspects of FM services.This is a part time role, the successful candidate must be open to working between 16-20 hours per week, based at their site in Ashington, Northumberland.Package:
Competitive hourly rate between £13.50 - £15.50 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
Assist in the creation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
Coordinate contract documentation, including amendments, renewals, and terminations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to contract terms
Monitor contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Prepare and analyse reports on contract performance, financial metrics, and key performance indicators
Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and correspondence
Requirements:
Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within the facilities management industry
Strong understanding of contract principles, legal terminology, and negotiation techniques
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software
