Due to ongoing work and an abundance of new properties secured, they now require a Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team on a 6 month contract basis. You will be responsible for performing risk assessments on residential properties and sleeping risk environments, this will include both low and high rise residential properties such as sheltered accommodation, community centres and more. The ideal candidate will hold a FDIS (fire door inspection scheme) and have 2 years experience in a similar environment. Residential / sleeping risk environments experience is essential.
