A rapidly expanding Fire Consultancy based in Guildford is seeking a dedicated Fire Risk Assessor to join its talented team of Fire Risk Assessors. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to enhance their career in a growing and dynamic environment.The Fire Risk Assessor RoleAs a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across various sectors, including residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve liaising with clients to provide comprehensive and competent fire safety advice, staying updated with current legislation, developing Fire Safety strategies, and creating Fire Management plans.Key Responsibilities:Conduct type 1-4 Fire Risk AssessmentsProvide complete and competent fire safety advice to clientsStay up-to-date with current legislation and Fire Safety strategiesDevelop Fire Safety and Management plansIdentify solutions to Fire Safety-related problemsSupport the preparation of documents, policies, and proceduresRequirements:Keen interest in Fire SafetyExperience in conducting type 1-4 risk assessmentsCapability in Fire Safety and strategy development (training provided)Ability to identify solutions to Fire Safety-related problemsStrong skills in preparing documents, policies, and proceduresInterest in career progression within the risk assessment industryWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience)25 days holiday allowanceFlexible working policyLaptop or iPad providedPetrol allowanceFunded courses for continuous professional developmentIf you are a Fire Risk Assessor considering your career opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
