FP&A Manager required for a Private Equity back Healthcare business based in Leicestershire

Up to £75,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Stanton House are exclusively partnering with a growing private equity backed Healthcare business who are looking for an FP&A Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic goals as the business continues to grow organically and provide important healthcare resources across the UK.

We are seeking a bright and dynamic individual, to make a real impact on the business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to think strategically, be able to build strong relationships with the Executive team and provide financial analysis, challenge and insight to the business.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Demonstratable reporting and analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to create models
• Prior experience of supporting with automation and process improvements
• Proactive work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
• Accuracy and attention to detail

A little more information about the role:

• Create budget and forecast models to support Senior Managers
• Develop data usage and drive harnessing data for commercial decision making
• Annual budget process – manage and take responsibility for accurate budgeting. Present and explain budget in a clear an succinct way, ensuring variances to prior year are understood.
• Provide commercial insight into cost improvements/efficiencies and revenue generation
• Produce analysis and insightful commentary to enable understanding of actual results v Plan/ forecast and Prior Year on a monthly basis, for internal and corporate requirements. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve results and identify cost savings.
• Devise and implement automation initiatives to bring efficiencies and accurate & timely reporting
• Work with data sets to produce profitability models for Senior Managers.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
• Provide support to internal and external auditors as required
