Financial Planning Analyst in UK

Camino Search is partnered with an amazing private equity-backed technology consultancy firm, that has experienced rapid growth with goals to eventually have a successful exit. The business is looking to continue its growth with double digital revenue growth and an organic and acquisitive journey.

As a result, the Head of FP&A is looking to bring on a Finance Analyst to support with producing key analysis to the business’ growth.

The successful candidate will work very closely with the FP&A team and the rest of the finance function to help drive the business’ strategy forward. The business is looking to expand its client base in the UK and internationally, and as such this role will be crucial to achieving growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, including annual planning, P&L forecast, cash flow forecasts, and central department budgets
• Supporting with commercial and analysis support and involvement in the decision making process
• Partnering across the whole business with particular focus of owning operational analysis and producing report
• Producing financial models including analysing key business KPIs
• Creating dashboards to support the decision-making process of management and external stakeholders
• Other ad hoc duties

Essential background:

• ACCA / CIMA part qualified
• 1-3 years strong FP&A experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communicator
