The Extracare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a Financial Planning Accountant based at our Head office in Binley, Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Financial Planning Accountant to join our friendly Finance Team and support our commitment to delivering ExtraCare’s mission of “Better lives for older people”.

    • Key accountabilities

  • To lead and maintain the treasury function for the Charity, ensuring there is sufficient funding capacity and liquidity and comply with banking covenants at all times.
  • Ensure realistic capital budgets are set for each new development, key risks are identified and sensitivities to assumptions analysed and reported. Ensure tight financial controls are maintained.
  • Monitor capital costs against budgets and report risk areas on a timely basis.
  • Lead on the management of ExtraCare’s Assets and Liabilities Register.
  • Support the Head of Finance in providing a first-class level of service to customers both internal and external.
