Primary Objectives:
- Advisory to the Board on finance and tax matters
- Production of accurate and timely financial and analytical information required by the Board
- Support the Board on the financial strategy of the business and fundraising activities
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead DNA Nudge’s business planning process and facilitate, with others, the strategy development of the business, defining models that provide support for the Board beyond forecasting and budgeting, and include fundraising possibilities, investment and resource allocation and financial risk simulations.
- Provide accurate and relevant management reporting to the Board, covering KPIs and operational performance, as well as complete financial reporting.
- Ownership of the cash flow forecast and communication to the Board
- Presentation to potential investors the financial strategy of the business
- Advisory to the Board on finance and tax matters
- Providing leadership and support to the finance team on complex accounting matters
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities: Direct Reports: 2
Education: Qualified accountant
Background: Entrepreneurial and commercial FD with funding / M&A experience
Summary :- The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
