Financial Assistant in London

RD Content is a growing creative agency in the heart of London, working with the world’s biggest brands producing advertising and marketing all over the world, with offices in London, New York, Abu Dhabi and Singapore.

RD Content is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Finance/Assistant Management Accountant to support the Finance Director in our London office.

The ideal person has the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and is an impressive multi-tasker, happy to assist with a range of tasks and work to deadlines.

In particular we are looking for someone to join the team who is lovely to work with, thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with talented and creative people every day.

Examples of key responsibilities:

• Maintaining an accurate purchase ledger
• Reconciling bank transactions and company credit card accounts
• Entering supplier invoices and ensuring correct posting to the general ledger
• Creating and sending purchase orders
• Processing staff expenses
• Preparing weekly payments runs
• Corresponding with vendors and responding to enquiries
• Providing project cost reports to the production team
• Assistance with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Preparation of operational reports and other operational documents

The ideal candidate would:

• have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• be diligent with a strong attention to detail
• be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• have strong communication and organisational skills
• be pursuing either AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualification. Experience in Xero will be highly beneficial.
