Brook Street are working with our established client to strengthen their financial services team by finding a Financial Accounts Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an organisation that can accelerate your career and develop your skills throughout the coming years once you become a permanent member of the team.Role - Financial Accounts AssistantPay Rate - £11.44-£12.31 per hourLocation - Office Based in Nottinghamshire (NG8)Duration - Temporary to permanent positionRole Responsibilities -Working as a Financial Accounts Assistant you will be working with experienced finance professionals, learning from them and assisting with the day to day running of the accounts team.Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.Controlling credit and chasing debt.Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.Assisting with administrative tasks to support senior members of the team.Attending internal meetings as required. Candidate Requirements -The ideal candidate for this position will have the following attributes.Knowledge and understanding of the financial services processes.Experience in a finance environment.Use of financial ledger and reporting packages.Excellent communication skills with colleagues and external entities of all levels.Able to work in the office 5 days per week.
