The Opportunity

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accounting records for LGH’s Propcos. Your responsibilities will include reconciling complex data, overseeing trial balances, producing consolidations on a portfolio basis, and handling various financial reporting tasks. You'll work closely with the Corporate Finance Director and CFO, ensuring that our financial operations are robust and compliant.

Key Accountabilities

• Quarterly Reporting
• TB / Man Acs Review
• Consolidation
• Lease Schedules
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Loan Management
• Financial Statements
• VAT returns / PSA

You will also engage in various ad hoc tasks, ranging from providing ONS data to supporting refinancing and legal activities.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
• Ideally, prior experience as a financial accountant in a similar industry.
• Understanding of the basic concept of a Propco / Opco environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High personal standards with meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability in planning and analysis.
• Self-starter with a high level of personal drive and the ability to work independently when required.
