The Consultancy Group is currently supporting on a Global Finance Transformation programme to drive growth by simplifying and harmonising common processes, data, and technology across the organisation.
This transformation includes implementing SAP S/4HANA, centralising master data management, establishing global policies, and developing a new operating model for finance.
As part of this effort, you’ll leverage your program management skills, external perspective, and expertise in delivering operating model requirements while collaborating with functional leadership and business change management teams.
£100 – £120 per hour
PMO – Operating Model and Process stream:
- Provide program management services to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of the operating model and process workstream. If risks arise, recommend and oversee mitigating actions.
- Assist the Global Finance Transformation Director, Regional Finance Transformation Directors, and Global Process Owners in planning, coordinating, and executing workstream tasks and milestones, including facilitating workshops as needed.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to the operating model stream, collaborating closely with Functional Leadership.
- Support the PMO Lead/Programme Director in preparing for key governance meetings.
- Regularly report workstream progress to the PMO Lead/Programme Director and other stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the change management team to ensure proper integration and resource allocation for the workstream."
