THE ROLE

The ESG Finance Reporting Specialist willbe a key member of the Group Finance team, reporting directly to the GroupReporting Manager. They will oversee the ESG financial reporting process,working closely with the Sustainability team and other stakeholders to ensure accuratereporting, in line with external standards.
They will also drive operational excellencein the ESG reporting process, collaborating with the Sustainability and Financeteams to develop a robust finance reporting model and monitor the ever-changinglandscape to ensure Group’s reporting keeps pace with required standards andevolving best practice.

OPPORTUNITES
  • You will support the overall ESG and taxonomy approach for the Group and ensure accurate ESG financial reporting which complies with external standards and regulatory frameworks
  • You will work with the Sustainability team to design a robust ESG reporting data model that seamlessly integrates financial data for comprehensive and transparent reporting
  • You will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments (., Finance, SaaS/Cloud, Procurement, Risk, Operations) to ensure alignment on ESG initiatives
  • You will monitor the ever-changing landscape of ESG reporting standards and stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainable finance, proactively proposing new strategies and innovations
  • You will support the development and implementation of the Group’s climate transition plan, developing and monitoring metrics and targets for climate related impacts on our business
  • You will work closely with Head of GroupReporting and Group Financial Reporting Manager on any other ad hoc activitiesand projects
    • SKILLS
  • You should be a qualifiedaccountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred, with background of working in medium tolarge scale environment
  • You should have strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative ESG factors through both financial and sustainability lenses
  • You should have problem-solving skills to enable identification of solutions that align with financial and ethical objectives
  • You should have effective communication, with ability to convey complex sustainability information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You should be a team player, building relationships with relevant teams and stakeholders across the organization
  • You should be open to innovation and adaptable to changing sustainability trends and updates / Keen to develop in ESG reporting environment
  • You should be up to date knowledge of IFRS reporting standards and experience of financial reporting
  • You should have strong understanding of evolvingESG reporting standards (ESRS, ISSB, IFRS) and regulatory frameworks like theEU Taxonomy
