White Horse Employment are proud to be working with an award winning and thriving service based business to aid their search for a Finance Business Partner.
This company are going through a period of substantial growth and, with the new CEO, only look to continue this growth in the future.
Within this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director as well as being a direct mouthpiece to the business unit.
You will have financial ownership over the business unit and provide crucial financial analysis to the senior leadership team.
You will be able to back up your figures and be able to provide explanations for any variances.
A day-to-day will include:
- Prepare the budgets and forecasts.
- Consolidate the management accounts and present them to the wider business.
- Ensure that any inter-company transactions are posted accurately across the entities.
- Identify ways to improve the efficiency of the finance team's processes.
- Ensure revenue is recognised correctly and deal with the WIP.
- Assist in the annual external audit process.
- Support a team of Management Accountants and Assistant Management Accountants.
We are looking for a qualified accountant who wants to come in and hit the ground running.
You will be a crucial part of the business during a period of substantial growth.
