The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver clear and actionable financial reports to senior management.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
• Previous FP&A experience or similar role in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
