Finance Business Partner in Selsey

Manufacturing and distribution Group based on the outskirts of Chichester, West Sussex, has a requirement for an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to support the provision to the business of effective KPIs and subsequent analysis to support the business in achieving its financial aims and continued growth.

What will the Interim Finance Business Partner role involve?

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the key responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner will involve:Assisting with the annual budgeting process and review of monthly reforecasts, providing detailed analysis;Development and preparation of weekly KPIs, including reporting and explaining any variances on weekly performance;Liaising with key stakeholders to assist with the preparation of the annual business plans by supporting them in understanding the key financial drivers of their individual departments;Supporting the financial management of any additional investment and CAPEX proposals;Ongoing analysis of costs including driving through recommendations for efficiencies where necessary.

Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Business Partner vacancy:Applicants for the position will have previous experience of working in either a Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner within a manufacturing environment;Excellent communication skills will be required to undertake the role effectively as the position will involve extensive collaboration with non-finance stakeholders throughout the business.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Interim Finance Business Partner: The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis with the successful candidate expected to attend the office 4 days a week.
