Finance Business Partner in London

Finance Business Partner | £50,000-£55000 | Children's Charity | 12 month FTC contract | 2 days in Central London office

This Finance Business Partner is an exciting opportunity to join an iconic children's charity as a member of the team is on a secondment. This role will focus on business partnering and management accounting, working closely with the fundraising team and delivering their budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with internal stakeholders across fundraising to provide support and up-to-date information regarding budgets and forecasts
• Preparing and updating Management Accounts, investigating variances, and identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare and deliver KPIs and budgets in line with the organisation's long-term strategy
• Analysing metrics and other data to ensure accurate and relevant reporting
• Provide ad hoc scenario reporting as an when needed

Person Specification

• A fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders of complex needs and requirements.
• Experience of management accounting
• Excellent technical skills including advanced Excel skills
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious character with a proactive mindset

This role is available due to a secondment within the team but there could be some possibility of extension.
