We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Business Finance Team. You'll work closely with business leaders in our Natural Stone and Landscape Protection Business Units, driving growth and profitability.So, what’s the role?You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, accounts, reporting cycles, and financial performance. You'll take ownership of the P&L and your business unit's performance, using your keen judgement to manage and escalate issues effectively.You'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate forecasts / budgets and monthly accounts, and you'll have the opportunity to present insightful Business Review Packs to our Executive Leadership Team, influencing key strategic decisions.Be at the forefront of shaping our strategy and driving the business toward its strategic goals. Your contributions will directly enhance the financial performance of our BUs, boosting profitability and improving the top line. By continuously improving the quality of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and commercial decision-making, you’ll ensure all stakeholders receive the right support at the right time.Occasionally, you’ll travel to manufacturing sites across the country, gaining invaluable insights into our operations.   • Newly qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent), or part-qualified and actively pursuing studies (study support available).
  • Commercial business knowledge and FP&A experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ambitious, determined, and eager to engage with leadership teams, you are driven to challenge the norm, status quo and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Team player with a strong motivation to succeed, resilience, well organised and structured approach.
  • Able to foster productive relationships across the businesses with multi-level contacts.
  • Experience using D365/ERP systems is a bonus.
