We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join the team, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the operational managers and the finance department.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

Ensure timely production and review of monthly management accounts and analysis reports.

Provide forecasts and assurance reports, offering comprehensive narratives and explaining variances, while collaborating with the business to identify remedial actions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team.

Assist in the completion of annual budget setting aligned with business objectives, providing financial assurance for supported business areas.

Offer expert advice to manage risks effectively.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services to customers.

Assist in providing financial monitoring services for investment/project spending, including tracking efficiency savings against business case targets.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner Vacancy:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience as a business partner.

Ability to confidently analyse and challenge information constructively.

Strong ability to build effective working relationships.
