Finance Assistant in Portsmouth

CMA are partnering with a well known, leading SME business for the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. 

This newly created role has become available due to the continued growth of the team, and will work closely alongside the Financial Controller. 

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

Raising accounts receivable invoices and dealing with queriesPerforming  intercompany balance sheet reconciliationsTreasury /cashiering dutiesBank reconciliationAdhoc duties as required by the wider team.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:Possess strong reconciliations experience working within finance, ideally as a Finance Assistant or similarStudying towards AAT or equivalent, although non essentialComfortable with working in a fast paced environmentExperience of SAP and strong Excel would be advantageous but not essential.
